Window Cleaning Frequency

I offer monthly or every other month window cleaning services. I do ask for some flexibility on the time scales due to bad weather and other factors. Your windows may be cleaned a few days earlier or a few days later than the date due.

What To Expect From My Window Cleaning Service

I use a water-fed pole system to clean windows, this method uses Ultra Pure Water, I produce this water out of our base which is then transported in a tank inside the van, I carry all the equipment needed to carry out the work, once I arrive at your property this water is pumped through hoses and a telescopic pole with a brush is used to scrub all the dirt off your windows, the window is given a final rinse and is left to dry naturally, once all the water has evaporated the window will be left clean.

I use this method to clean windows up to 60ft, however, I cannot remove stubborn staining, paint, hard water spots, plaster, concrete, stinker residue, or anything else stuck onto the window. I can only clean windows where there is a clear line of sight, some recesses or angles cannot be cleaned.

Conservatory windows are included with the regular window cleaning service (conservatory roofs are not included as standard, please ask for a separate price).

Velux / Skylight windows cannot always be effectively cleaned from the ground due to the height and lack of downward pressure, if your Velux/ Skylight windows are cleaned they are not under the guarantee.

Turning Me Away On The Day Of Service

I pride myself on offering a reliable service. I make space and time on my schedule for all my customers. If on the day of your service, you cancel me, I reserve the right to charge you a £15.00 cancellation charge.

Safe Access

I require safe access all around your property to carry out the cleaning. I notify all my customers via text message the day before each clean so any side/back gates can be left unlocked on the day of the clean. If I can not access the back of your property safely due to the gate being locked I will clean the windows that we can safely get to and charge the full amount. Please note that I cannot trail the hoses through the property to gain access to the rear of the property.

Gutter Clearing

I use an Industrial wet/dry vacuum to clear out guttering, and this is done safely from the ground. I can only clear guttering that has access, if the guttering is covered by roof tiles preventing me from getting the equipment into the gutter then it cannot be cleared, the equipment can go into the top of the downpipe if there are no screws or anything else preventing access. however, if there is a blockage further down and into the round I won’t be able to unblock it.

Cleaning Plastic Gutters, Soffits, and Fascia's

I clean all plastic gutters, soffits, and fascia's safely from the ground using the Water Fed Poles. If you have not had them cleaned for over a year, some staining might have taken place. I can not remove stains from plastic gutters, soffits or fascia's.

Bad Weather

Because I offer all-year-round window cleaning services, there may be the odd occasion that your windows will be getting cleaned while it is raining. The rain has absolutely no effect on the outcome of the window cleaning.

My Guarantee

If for any reason you are not happy with the standard of the window cleaning, I will come back and re-clean all your windows free of charge! As long as you let me know within 24 hours after the window cleaning has taken place.

Payments

I accept Direct Debit, Bank transfers, Cash or Cheques. We require all payments to be made on the same day as the job is completed otherwise interest will be added to the outstanding payment (5% each day the payment is outstanding)

Cancelling My Services

To Cancel my services you will need to send me an email with your full address and tell me you would like to cancel my services. Please note that if you cancel our services on the day we are due to come to you, there will be a £15.00 cancellation fee.

Confidentiality

All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the Data Protection Act.
